This is really a great piece Pam. I think that the textured backgrounds that you've been using are such a great idea. They place your subject in an environment and give us a bit more of a clue as to who this person might be. . . and I think that the one on the left looks a bit like Flick. . .
I have been wanting to give context to these marker drawings for a long time. Thanks for noticing! This one made me laugh - like they showed up at a party and a fight is about to break out. I'll be back to my old schedule and posting more soon. I've been in training at a new job..
BTW, I love your drawing of Jen, of course I knew it was her a. and b. Congratulations to the two of you!
what am i doing here? i ask myself that - again and again - this time, i may be that vapid blonde blankly looking back at a distant self or the artist.
